212 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Energy if his Department use private couriers to deliver departmental correspondence; the courier firms which are current engaged; and the total amount paid to private courier firms for each year since 1984.
My Department use private courier firms to deliver departmental correspondence.
There are no private courier firms currently engaged by my Department as these firms are only used on an ad-hoc basis as the need arises.
The attached table sets out the total amount paid to private courier firms for each year since 1984.
