Vol. 405 No. 5

Written Answers. - Baggot Street (Dublin) School.

Noel Dempsey

Question:

109 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Education if she intends to make any arrangements to ensure that the heating system in Catherine McAuley national school, Baggot Street, Dublin 4 is repaired and operational.

My Department are aware that the heating levels at Catherine McAuley national school, Baggot Street, Dublin 4 have not been satisfactory and the Department's engineer has undertaken investigations into the matter. When his report is to hand the question of grant approval for the necessary scheme of works will be considered promptly and a decision conveyed to the school authorities. In view of the Deputy's interest I will advise him of developments.
