Question:70 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Finance when a tax refund will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes has written to the taxpayer requesting Form P45 Part 2 and 3 issue by his previous employer. On receipt of this information the inspector of taxes will review the taxpayer's liability to tax and any refund due will be paid.
