Question:71 Tomás Mac Giolla asked the Minister for Finance when the tax affairs of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 10 will be regularised so that this person will cease to be taxed on an emergency basis.
Written Answers. - Regularisation of Taxpayer's Liability.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the area in the tax office dealing with the taxpayer's affairs is the subject of industrial action due to the non-replacement of a member of staff. Efforts are being made to resolve the matter and a certificate of tax free allowances will be issued to the taxpayer as soon as possible.
