Vol. 406 No. 2

Written Answers. - Drogheda (Louth) Housing Scheme.

Michael Bell

Question:

36 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in giving approval to go to tender for the scheme of nine houses at Thomas Street, Drogheda, County Louth; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this scheme is under consideration for two years; that all services are located on site; that this is only a replacement scheme in one of the town's oldest areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The submission by Drogheda Corporation of revised drawings to incorporate amendments requested by my Department is awaited.
