Vol. 406 No. 5

Written Answers. - Mortgage Subsidy.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

71 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if a mortgage subsidy in respect of a new house is payable to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a mortgage subsidy from the person named at the address given. There is, however, an application from a person of the same name with a slightly different address. In that case, payment of the mortgage subsidy will be made when the applicant submits the appropriate claim forms duly completed and certified by the lending agency.
