No expenditure was incurred in 1990 by the Department of Tourism, Transport and Communications, in respect of design and public relations.
A sum of £56,306 was paid to Brindley Advertising Ltd, in respect of public notices in newspapers on matters relating to a range of transport licensing regulations and telecommunications matters.
