Roger T. Garland
Question:157 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food whether he has satisfied himself that animal blood is not contaminated by other more infective tissues prior to its being spread on land; if his attention has been drawn to a method of spreading liquid farm waste on land by introducing it subsurface; his views on whether there is any merit in introducing such a system here in order to maintain our clean image for food production; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
