191 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for the Environment if he intends to amend the Electoral Acts to allow for poll clerks and presiding officers, working outside their constituencies to vote in general elections.
I have no proposals to amend the law to allow presiding officers and poll clerks employed by a returning officer in connection with the elections to vote at a polling station outside the constituency in which they are registered.
