78 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Education, the reason in response to Parliamentary Question No. 67 of 25 April 1991 she stated that it would not be in accordance with the normal practice of her Department to disclose details of teacher numbers in individual community schools; and if she will now provide this information.

The staffing details of individual community schools are regarded as being a confidential matter between my Department and the boards of management of those schools. My Department does not disclose details of such matters to third parties. It would not be appropriate, therefore, to disclose them to the House.
