Question:66 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on the new swimming pool in Sligo.

The detailed design work for the new swimming pool in Sligo is being undertaken, in consultation with my Department, by consultants commissioned by Sligo Corporation.
It is now expected that tenders for the project will be sought later this year, with a view to construction work commencing on site in early 1992.
