Question:

66 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline, in relation to the decentralisation of certain sections of his Department to Ballina: (1) the precise number of appointments made under Department of Finance Circular 5/89 to the grades of assistant principal, higher executive officer, staff officer and clerical officer, (2) the parent Departments of those promoted to each grade and (3) the previous grade of those promoted to executive officer.
