47 Mr. Sherlock asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, in view of the recent sale of the Ballybay meat plant, he will outline the steps which are being taken to recover the IDA grants paid to the former owners; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The recent sale of the Ballybay meat plant has not altered the position regarding the procedure for recovery of the IDA grants provided for the plant. The issue remains a matter between the IDA and the receiver and I have no function in it.
