Question:

101 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline in relation to High Court sittings: (a) the number of cases currently awaiting hearing at the High Courts in (1) Cork (2) Limerick and (3) Waterford, (b) the number of cases currently awaiting hearing in Dublin, (c) the delay between the issue of notice trial and actual trial date for a case listed for hearing in (1) Cork, (2) Limerick, (3) Waterford and (4) Dublin and (d) the number of High Court sitting days per annum for personal injury cases in (1) Cork, (2) Limerick, (3) Waterford and (4) Dublin.

The information sought is as follows:
