Vol. 411 No. 1

Written Answers. - Opthalmic Services.

Gerry O'Sullivan

Question:

554 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) in Cork has to wait nine months for an eye test at the Regional Hospital, Cork.

The provision of ophthalmic services to eligible persons in the Cork area is the responsibility of the Southern Health Board and I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to reply to the Deputy in the matter.
