562 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the present position regarding the provision of national lottery funding for the purchase of a house in Summerhill, County Meath for sufferers of Friedreich's Ataxia; and if any decision has been made to date on the allocation of a grant.

Grants from lottery proceeds to local voluntary organisations are administered by the relevant health board. In this instance the society should make an application to the North Eastern Health Board.
