705 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Defence the reason for the delay in the settlement of a motor vehicle accident claim in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As this case is the subject of negotiations between the Chief State Solicitor's Office and the solicitors engaged by the person in question, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the matter.
