Question:91 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Finance if he will review a payment of excise duty in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that they have reviewed the case in question and are satisfied that both excise duty and value-added tax were properly chargeable and that no change in their decision is warranted.
