195 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education if he will ensure that the title lease on Kilwatermoy national school, Tallow, County Waterford, which is no longer in use, is released by the National Education Commissioners to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford; and when the title lease will issue.

No application has been made to my Department for the release of any residual interest in this school. Any such request will be considered on receipt.
