77 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cavan where the delay in making payment of a grant of £7,000 is causing great hardship.

Having regard to the level of claims currently on hands and the budgetary allocation, it is estimated that payment will be made not later than January next.
