106 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for the Environment if he will confirm his approval for plans submitted by the Tipperary Joint Library Committee for a proposed branch library at Nenagh; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Approval in principle was issued in respect of this proposal on 26 July 1990. It is now a matter for the Tipperary Joint Library Committee to undertake the detailed planning of the project.
