Question:

49 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Justice if his attention has been drawn to the most unsuitable condition in Falcarragh Garda Station, County Donegal; if there are plans to renovate and provide a new Garda station in this area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The intention is to renovate and upgrade the official accommodation next door to the existing Garda station to provide a new Garda station in Falcarragh. While it is not possible to say at this stage when work will commence, there will be no avoidable delay.
