70 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Education if he will outline the number of applications for (a) new schools and (b) school extensions or replacement buildings which are currently with his Department; if he will further outline the number which are (i) currently underway and (ii) which will be commenced in 1992; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
