65 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he considers that EOLAS have sufficient resources for the purpose of testing and certification of noise emission as required by EC legislation, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am informed by EOLAS that they have sufficient resources for testing and certification of noise emission covered by EC product legislation under my area of responsibility.
