259 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education if his Department will make additional moneys available to complete resurfacing works in the playground to the extent requested locally by a school (details supplied) in County Cork.
The question of grant for the works at the school in County Cork referred to by the Deputy is being considered in consultation with my Department's architectural advisers in the context of the available capital. A decision will be conveyed to the school authorities at the earliest possible date.
