Question:281 Mr. Kemmy asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if she will outline her plans to provide extra finance to enable Bus Éireann to review and augment its bus fleet.

The Public Capital Programme for 1992 includes provision for capital expenditure by Bus Éireann of £5 million on bus replacement, plant and machinery. The allocation of these resources on individual capital projects is a matter entirely for the company.
