Question:

405 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the up-to-date position regarding an application submitted on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Waterford on 12 November 1990 under section 14 of the Land Act, 1931, in view of his predecessor's reply to Parliamentary Question No. 129 on 30 October 1991.

The present position is that the Land Commission legal staff have just completed a title investigation in this matter and will be communicating with the applicant's solicitor in the near future.
