Question:

111 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice if he will introduce regulations which would allow bona fide and registered community associations to be exempt from obtaining dance licences in order to reduce the expenses and overheads involved in such applications; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have no powers under the provisions of the Public Dance Halls Act, 1935, to introduce regulations along the lines suggested by the Deputy.
