Question:117 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Education if he will amend the regulations governing higher education grants which exclude repeat students from benefiting from same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Higher Education Grants.
Under the terms of the higher education grants scheme grants are renewable annually subject, inter alia, to satisfactory attainment. I do not consider an amendment to the scheme as suggested by the Deputy to be warranted.
