Question:119 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Education the reason a building contractor (details supplied) in County Sligo with bonding and with great experience on major contracts, including a swimming pool, is being excluded from tendering to his Department for a Sligo swimming pool project while other contractors are being invited to tender; and if he will take immediate steps to ensure that the particular Sligo contractor is added to the list of 13 contractors selected to tender.
