Charles Flanagan

Question:

302 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a suckler cow grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

This person's application for grant aid under the 1991 EC suckler cow premium scheme is being processed and if found in order payment will issue shortly.

John O'Leary

Question:

303 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the extraordinary long delay in paying EC headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person named has been paid his 1991 cattle and equines headage and special beef premium schemes grants already.

He did not apply for grants under the 1991 EC suckler cow premium scheme.

Question:

304 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a sheep headage payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person named applied for the sheep headage grant for the first time only very recently. Payment will be made in October/November 1992 if she is found to have complied with the terms and conditions of the scheme following an inspection of her flock.
