Question:320 Mr. Hilliard asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of a special beef scheme premium will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if payment is not being made for this year's scheme if he will outline whether this person can make an application for the next scheme.
Further investigation is necessary before my Department can decide if special beef premium grants for 1991 can be paid to the person named or whether he can lodge an application for the 1992 special beef premium scheme.
