Question:230 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in the payment of a farm building grant to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

This grant could not be approved pending the receipt of the applicant's farm accounts. These have now been received and the grant will be paid inside the next two to three weeks.
