Question:112 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Education if, in relation to the proposed linking of second-level schools and third-level colleges outlined in the Programme for Economic and Social Progress (p.33) as part of targeting of third-level places for the disadvantaged he will outline (a) the way in which these linkages will operate and will target third-level places, (b) the number and location of schools and colleges involved and (c) whether the Tallaght RTC will be linked to local schools as part of the programme.
