Vol. 418 No. 7

Written Answers. - Baldoyle (Dublin) School.

Roger T. Garland

Question:

161 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Education if, in view of several letters addressed to his Department by a person (details supplied) regarding a right of way at St. Nessan's community school, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, he will outline the reason that a reply has not, to date, been received; and, when he intends to reply in full to this inquiry.

The question was discussed at a recent meeting between officials of my Department and representatives of the board of management of St. Nessan's community school, Baldoyle. A number of options are currently being assessed and a decision on the matter will be taken in the light of this assessment.
