Vol. 418 No. 7

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Michael Creed

Question:

276 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has not been paid the full beef premium.

The person named applied for grants on 12 animals under the 1991 special beef premium scheme. Four of those animals had already been paid premium in 1990. As special beef premium is only payable once in the lifetime of an animal the maximum number of animals that he can be paid premium on is eight.
