Question:

285 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the total value of, (1) potatoes and (2) vegetables imported into the Republic during 1991.

Imports of potatoes (including seed) and fresh vegetables were valued at £9.4 million and £31 million, respectively, for the period 1 January to 30 November 1991, the latest date for which figures are available from the CSO.
