Question:

49 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if he will have arrangements made for a re-entry visa and a resident visa to be granted to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 4 who has been resident here for eight years and who has given valuable service to our export trade.

Any application, either for a visa or for permission to reside here, from the person mentioned in the question will, like all such applications, be considered on its merits and the decision will be conveyed to the applicant in the normal manner.
