He has been paid his 1991 special beef premium scheme grant already.

Question:104 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a grant under the beef cow suckler scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.
The person named and another person are the joint registered herd-owners of the herd number quoted. They have been paid their grants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage, suckler cow premium and special beef premium schemes already.
