48 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice the number of motorists breathalysed and found to be in excess of the legal permitted level of alcohol in their blood during the months of December for each of the years (a) 1976, (b) 1981, (c) 1986 and (d) 1991.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that the information requested by the Deputy is as follows:
