71 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Health the progress he has made in regard to the provision of an old people's home in the recently vacated Convent of Mercy at Achill Sound, County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The provision of a home for the elderly in Achill Sound will depend on the amount of capital funding made available to the Western Health Board and the board's priorities for service developments.
