Vol. 419 No. 6

Written Answers. - National Lottery Funding.

Paul Bradford

Question:

205 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Health if he will outline the application procedure to be followed by groups or organisations seeking national lottery funding from his Department.

There is no formal application form for those seeking national lottery funding from my Department. National groups or organisations seeking lottery grants should write to the Department indicating the purpose for which assistance is being sought and stating the amount required. As a general rule local voluntary groups and organisations should address their applications for national lottery grants to the appropriate health boards. Health boards receive block allocations of lottery funds from my Department specifically for this purpose.
