89 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education if he will seek Government approval for a Supplementary Estimate for his Department to provide the necessary finance to build a national school at Brownstown, County Kildare, in 1992; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I have recently authorised the invitation of tenders in June, 1992 for the provision of the proposed new national school at Brownstown, County Kildare with a view to their receipt in July, 1992. Subject to receipt of a suitable tender, I have decided that the contract will be placed in November 1992 with the intention that work should start that month.
