Question:87 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice when a land registry property transfer for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford will take place, and if he will expedite same.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the application in question was lodged in the Land Registry on 30 April 1992. The documents are not in order for registration and will be returned to the solicitors, with queries, on resumption of postal deliveries. Alternatively, the solicitors who lodged the dealing may collect the documents at the Land Registry.
