Question:83 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice whether a three month holiday visa will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who intends to marry a person in County Wexford on the basis of a repeat application.

The person who is the subject of the question did not indicate in the application for a visa that the purpose of the proposed visit was to marry. It is open to any person who has been refused a visa on a particular occasion to apply again and to advance additional information in support of that application for appropriate consideration.
