Higgins asked the Minister for Finance if he will review procedures in his Department in relation to inviting design and build tenders for decentralised offices in view of the dissatisfaction that has been expressed in relation to the pre-qualifications of certain sites in Cork, which were not in public ownership, for the CSO offices which were subsequently allocated to the Mahon site; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
