Question:90 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the total arrears of dealings in the Land Registry as on 31 May 1992.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the arrears of uncompleted dealings in the Land Registry on 31 May 1992 were 46,362 of which 12,555 cases were under query.
