216 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the reason for the delay in having the deeds of an ILC estate made available to the purchasers (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.

These lands have now been vested and the documents necessary for registration have been forwarded to the Land Registry. The delay in vesting was due to the disruption of the Land Commission vesting programme as a result of the transfer of the office to Cavan.
