Question:221 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme as three of the 33 animals listed on his application were found to have been paid premium already under that scheme. He is also debarred from the scheme for 12 months from 8 October 1991.
