Written Answers. - Four Courts Parking Facilities.

Question:

95 Mr. Shatter asked the Minister for Justice if he will give details of the arrangements with regard to the use of the car parking facilities within the Four Courts by (a) members of the Bar (b) members of the solicitors profession (c) court officials (d) the general public and (e) others; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There are two car parks in the Four Courts known as the Eastern Yard and Western Yard. Car parking spaces are currently allocated as indicated. However I am having the position reviewed at present.
